Even though the service center was busy, everyone was nice and helpful. I really appreciate the service I got. It was my first time, so they had to explain everything. Only 1 issue when receiving all four tires. they were strapped together so tight that the side wall of top tire became damaged. Company replaced immediately sending on overnight delivery so we only had to use the spare tire very briefly. Other than that, the tires ride smooth and are very quiet. Great response to sudden stops or swerves (we live in Vegas where you're always on guard.) Did excellent in a sudden downpour where roads were flooding. Drove through 6 to 10 inches of water and they handled great.

Good value, good ride, a bit noisy

These tires look good and have good traction and ride well. The only issue is that they seem to create a whining/roaring road noise when above 30mph. I'm not sure if this is just because they are new… hopefully this will reduce and go away after a break in period.
