i made the mistake of buying the super jumbo bed. Let me tell you this this is as tall as my queen bed is wide. its is massive. I meant to buy the regular jumbo. I considered returning only because its so big. It literally can fit all 4 of my dogs on it and two of them are 100 lbs each. I decided to keep it. its 5 inches deep. i can stand on it (im 5 ft 5 inches and weigh 130) without feeling the hardness of the floor. i can lay on it (again without feeling the floor) and its very nice. my dogs are getting old so i wanted to treat them. I am loving the tough protective cover on this dog bed. I heard someone gave it bad reviews because of it but let me tell you that i think its good the cover is tough. i cant tell you how many dog beds ive gone through because the cover got destroyed from scratching and i had to throw the bed out. I always put a blanket or two on my dog beds anyways. So the tough case is definitely a plus for me. i just tuck a twin blanket around this and put something fluffy on it. I will probably buy another one of these beds because i keep my dogs somewhat separate at night since one is a barker. I will be making sure i buy a much smaller size tho. definitely recommend this dog bed. its comfy and I know It will last longer than my others. decent price for its size and depth of memory foam.
