Easy online ordering with easy to locate links w/details (mounting charges, etc.). Plenty of reviews from previous customers. It was easy to make an informed decision. But best part is the online scheduling at the Service center. The Alpharetta, GA/Windward location sent me text messages 1) tires arrived 2) an appointment was scheduled, options to change if needed, texts to remind to be on time. The installers were excellent and started working on my car minutes after I arrived (Monday 10 AM). Shout out to Terry/Service Ctr Mgr. I was out of there in 50 minutes. I read this is not the case at all Walmart's, however, my experience was a 10.
