Remington Smooth & Close Foil Shaver 3000, Pf7300C

I say 'we' because my husband and I both can use it. I asked him his opinion and he's very happy with it, he says it shaves close and is very convenient. I too think it shaves close. It's not quite as close as a blade, but certainly the closest we've ever seen; especially considering the convenience! I've been using a Lady Remington for years and like that too---the main difference is that mine has a cord. That's actually a BIG difference when it comes to convenience. If I'm running out the door and see I need a quick touch up, I can grab his---- he keeps it sitting right there on the bathroom vanity, whereas mine is packed up in the closet. The reason he can keep it on the vanity is because it comes with a stand that it fits right in, so it only takes up a couple inches on the vanity! It's very easy to clean and comes with a brush. The charge lasts long too. He shaved several days, then I used it on my legs and underarms, and it still sounded just as powerful. The box says it lasts 30 min, but I haven't timed it. Another nice feature is that it comes with a pop-out trimmer and he said he liked that too. My only complaint is there's no indication that it's fully charged. A green light comes on when you start charging it, but it stays just like that no matter how long you keep it plugged in. But that's certainly not a problem, my husband just charges it one day after he finished with it, and keeps it plugged in until he's ready to use it the next morning.

This little gem is very slender and easy to grip and hang on to, it is not heavy at all. It gives a smooth shave and the little trimmer button on the opposite side is very nice and works very well. My husband was rather pleased with it, he said it gives a really nice shave and he said he didn't actually need a mirror to see what he was doing, like he does with his disposable razor. The shaver does not pull or tug at the skin while you are shaving. It comes with a very nice compact charger to charge it with. It has a head guard that covers the top of it, and it also has a little brush to clean the heads with. It is easy to slide the top off when you need to clean it. This would indeed make a very nice and handy gift for someone, especially someone that travels or is on the go a lot. When fully charged, it will give at least 30 minutes time of shaving, It says to let charge a full 16 hours and I did that just to be on the safe side so it would be well charged. I was very happy it worked so well for the disposable razors do not always do a sufficient job. I would gladly recommend this product to anyone and definitely give it as a gift.
