Part is wrong

I purchased this part and the one on my door is much smaller on the right side of the photo. I do not have anything except the plastic piece with the hole on the top right and the bottom right is more rounder. Also, the hole that you can see in the middle of the bottom is not there on mine so it doesn't fit.
