5'8" 190lbs bought the M/L. These are great but not the right cut for me. i have a belly and they roll down. i can wear them at night. the size is perfect otherwise. they are super thin and invisible under clothes and the price is right! i think they might work better for me if they were higher waisted, but hard to say. i would definitely try these if you're on the fence, they are so much cheaper than the competition :). also the other brands are way too bulky IMO.
