The design of a "Reception" / "Waiting Room" chair is the most comfortable chair I have ever tried. (I havee a center cord injury in my neck and diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis in my back). Everything about this particular chair is excellent, EXCEPT- the manufacturer DID NOT INCLUDE WASHERS FOR THE SCREWS!
