More than what I expected

I had been using g a cheap ball I picked up from the "save money live better" store. I am 6'2"tall and 240lbs. I felt like I was on a balloon. I took that 30 inch ball and smashed it half it's size. I feared it would blow with dumbells over my head. I bought the elite ball from Spri. I can not believe I struggled with the part balloon for so long. Now the Body Beast workout is rocking. This ball is firm at 29 inches. I can push a pair of 50 lb dumbells over head and this ball really keeps it integrity. I love it. Going to get one for wife now. Lol This is a no brainer. Ball came with adapter nozzle, plug and instructions. I love how it makes me feel safe during workout. Thanks Spri for all.your help on the phone.
