Sizes are not accurate. Sizes are smaller.

I would have given 5 stars if the size wasn't so small. I'm typically a Large in all sports bra. I bought XXL because I read or saw that the size was not accurate. The padding covered my nipple and a little more but not the entire breast. So if I were to wear a silk blouse, it would look horrible with muffins popping out of the sides of the pads. I like pads to protect from showing my nipples but I can't use it here and also to keep my breast from moving so much. The size has reduced the size of my breasts because it squashed them. However, I don't mind because it's a light weight material and it doesn't feel so tight that it's unbearable. Due to the dangers of breast cancer and other breast diseases, I would like to make some recommendations to the manufacturer. The material only in the area of the breast not the back or sides must be breathable. And this material isn't breathable enough, if non-cotton is used then the weave of the fabric must be a bit wider. Also, breasts need some room to move and bounce to stimulate circulation while it's kept in place. Adjusting the sizes to conform to most USA sizes would help women pick an adequate size. Constricting the breast is not healthy. Also, putting some more flexible fabric in the breast area to give it just enough bounce without big movements would help in the breast health. After all, women wear bras almost the entire day and long hours can cause damage over years of use.
