The Paderno World Cuisine noodle strainer with stainless steel mesh and wood handle has a capacity of 5.8 gallons. The elongated shape of the strainer is designed to be hung over the side of a deep pot. It has a hook on the handle so that it will stay steady on the edge of the pot.
