I love it, it's not too heavy, but sturdy enough to securely hold my new IPad I like that it has built in tabs to hold it in place. Also, it's easy to turn it when necessary. At first I didn't think the closure tab had any way to hold it down when using the IPad, but then I found the magnet to hold it down. I would recommend.
