Complete crap

They're very pretty, but one broke as i took it out of the box. i notified the company immediately. The 2nd one stopped working the next day and I contacted the company again. When I notified Yescom, they wanted pictures and video as if they didn't trust my word. Isn't the customer always right? If I'd wanted to rip them off, I could have said both were broken the first day. Originally, I only wanted one replaced, the one that broke. When the second one stopped working, too, then I asked for replacement of that one, too. They wanted to know if I could fix them. Why would I pay for something I had to fix. Ridiculous!
