This item came broken in the Box with the pieces all over. I asked them to ship me another one but without responding about shipping me a new one, they just gave me my money back. I would have bought another one if they offered to send me one, but I got a refund so I just kept the broken one. It definitely should have been wrapped better, but I appreciate the refund. But that being said, I still use it and it's the perfect size for my living room. it keeps the floor from getting dirty all the time because it's a tray and not a mat.
