Weight Management with great food
In our society we've gotten away from healthy eating habits. This cookbook offers healthier options and also vegetarian recipes. If following the Weight Watchers program, it is a great tool. The food you prepare at home is better for the whole family, without thinking your on diet. It's just a healthier way to eat.

Looking forward to this!
I only have about 5-10 pounds to lose and want to give WW a try. My sister lost 30 pounds on the diet and loves it. She just happens to be better disciplined than I am, so I hope this works for me. There are some good looking recipes in here and I think that is what draws me to WW is that you can have all of the things you are used to eating and still be on a "diet."
