Top notch product

If you a true wine connoisseur, the Coravin is a must have. You can pour wine from numerous bottles without needing to worry about the remaining part of the bottle becoming poor tasting. Coravin preserves the wine from your first glass of wine until you finish it in the future.

Great Wine Preservation Tool

I am obsessed with this system! I live alone and definitely don't want to finish off whole bottles of wine when I first open them, but the Coravin really does keep it fresh. I used an older model sporadically over the past few years, sometimes going up to six months before reopening an older bottle - the wine always tasted the exact same as it did the first glass. I splurged on this model because I LOVE the finish, and it's just as beautiful in person. The technology/new clamp design definitely feels like an upgrade, for anyone who's had an older model as well.
