Builds confidence and sequencing skills

I use the visual schedule with my 3-6 year olds to help them predict and understand the day's schedule. I have made my own version of this for years, but am to happy to have found this one due to its durability and versatility. I can easily change the schedule to accommodate a change in routine such as a field trip or inclimate weather. Indirectly, the visual schedule teaches sequencing skills as the children watch the day's events progress.

Wonderful Item

I love this schedule! I was looking for a schedule that used large pictures and this horizontal one is perfect. It provides some blanks for you to create your own. There are many uses for this as they can be put together in any even number to provide first next last scenarios around your classroom.

Great way to involve the parents and help with transition

I thought setting a visual schedule would help the parents by seeing what we really do each day! To my surprise they were very impressed! I loved having a couple of blank cards so I could really tailor the schedule to match my home day care program. The children love moving the arrows when we transition into the next segment of our day!
