fiber ---good for gut health
I was looking for a gainer with fiber. Previously i was using gainer with high calories but because of the low fiber, i often had issues with my gut health , constipation etc. found this one, and it's suitable for me because of the fiber. But 350 calories is too low. Well as long as it's good for my gut health, and provides fiber, i am happy.

Tastes good
I wanted to switch to a more natural gainer and I found this one. So far, so good. It has probiotics which is something that wasn't in the usual brand I buy, I'm excited to see if it helps me digest it better in long term. I'll update my review if anything changes but so far I like it, it tastes good, and it's perfect for what I need (after gym shake for weight gain)
