Amazing hold! I love wearing eyeshadow again!

I have never used anything but regular face primer or concealer as an eye shadow primer and within a couple hours I always had creases and caked up eyeshadow. My allergies make my eyes water so all my eye makeup would disappear or be uneven. THIS eyeshadow primer is absolutely amazing (when applied properly). It holds my eyeshadow in place with no running, smearing or smudging regardless of what i put it through. Went out on the boat the other day and my eyeshadow didn't budge. 10 hours later it was still as perfect as when i first applied it. Absolutely mind blowing after all these years of touch ups every hour or just plain giving up and wiping it all off. Urban decay has got their formula perfect. Thank you! I enjoy wearing make-up again.
