The Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac is an all terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. Goodyear offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with its SUV sizes.
The tire promotes great all weather traction. The aggressive looking tread design and the rugged tire compound enhance the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability greatly. The tread design manages to firmly grip the road surface, while the compound keeps its flexibility even in colder temperatures. Some sizes of this model are severe winter weather rated, and some sizes are studdable - with their treads pinned for studs. The wide grooves and open shoulders effectively evacuate water and slush from the footprint to resist hydroplaning, while the staggered tread blocks manage to eliminate snow stuck in the tread grooves, preventing the tire from being blocked from its contact with the road and terrain surface.
