Draw-Tite 24959 Sportframe Round Tube Class I Trailer Hitch

The trailer hitch is ok, but the shipping and service were terrible. Not what I would expect from a company like Walmart. I ordered this on May 17th, and it was supposed to be delivered on May 20th. It never showed and over 10 days went by and nobody got in touch with me to tell me what the delay was. I had to contact customer service myself. I was told it was delivered on Saturday, May 30th, which I know it wasn't. But instead of refunding me or sending me another, customer service told me to deal with my credit card company to see about getting my money refunded. I find it unacceptable that I was instructed to reach out to my credit card company to resolve this. I was planning on reaching out to another representative to resolve this, but my package actually showed up a few days after I was told it was definitely delivered. This hitch was in a much bigger box than the hitch with no wrapping or other protection for the hitch. The box was in very bad shape from the hitch rolling around in it with several holes and it looked like it had to be be retaped. Because it had no protection, the hitch had areas where the paint was chipped, but I don't want to deal with trying to get an exchange so I will have to touch up the paint myself so it doesn't rust. Oh and another thing, the description says this is powder coated, but paint doesn't chip like this if it is powder coated.
