WECO UXC-1252 High Efficiency Water Softener for Water Hardness Reduction

Wish I had this installed years back when I first bought the house. All our water using appliances messed up over time because of the high hardness in water. Dishes and cutlery were never spotless, even going through 2 dish washing cycles. Showering was so disgusting. Laundry needed lots of detergent. Had to replace the water heater twice. Now that we had this installed and running, all the issues have been solved. Clothes from the washer come out brighter, dishes are spotless. Only issue is that we started tasting elevated salt in softened water. Called weco and they offered a reverse osmosis under the sink for a discounted price since I was a repeat customer. Now the salt taste has dissapeared as well. The ro adds some minerals to make the water taste better. We really like the softener + ro combination and look forward to be using for years to come.
