Great Product but Shipping was "Complicated"
Good product quality. Easy to assemble (even solo). Small footprint and solid materials. If only the shipping service level had matched up - warehouse sent same wrong product 2x before we corrected it. Saving grace for VIVO was how good and helpful their Customer Service people were. overall 6/10 because of shipping issues but with no shipping Issues 9/10
