Our Lifetime Warranty covers: Re-sizing, even on custom orders Black Lettering Re-plating of the yellow plated jewelry Silver tarnishing or blackening Tightening of stones if applicable Chain closure malfunctioning Replacement of any lost stone(s), excluding center diamonds Manufacturing defects The warranty does not cover lost items, damages caused by accident (bent ring, stretched), abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, or unauthorized modification (resizing or any repair work done by a third party).
