Travelon very poor standing behind product

Beware only because I truly believe if a Travel bag company wants to improve the product they let you use on at least one trip so you know how it works for you. I purchased two bags. Used one for a trip and it was ok. Used the second on recent trip and the design made it a very large wallet I had to carry two purse due to this. Lots of place for things as long as they where paper thin. When you put something in one narrow pocket you couldn't get normal purse items in the other pockets. I have found I don't like purchasing things via Walmart site due to these surprise return policy I run into with outside vendors. I will remember the name Travelon as a company I don't purchase from.
