Fodor's the Complete Guide to African Safaris

I'm planning a visit to S. Africa and this book has been very helpful. I can't judge the accuracy of the info yet, but one note: the "room" prices for private Safari Lodges are actually PER PERSON prices. So a $1,000/night (typical price) "room" is actually $4,000 if you're a family of 4. Just saying. The "room" prices for government run accommodations actually are prices for the room (typically around $100). Fodor's (which "picks" many of the private lodges) should note this difference and at least show the "room" price as what it would cost for a party of 2. Really nice to know there are so many rich people in the world, and even nicer to know that the SA government offers quality low cost accommodations for the rest of us. But book those months in advance... they go fast it seems.
