Warranty information
Manufacturer warrants its product to the original purchaser only, to be free from defect as to materials and workmanship. Any claims of defective product are subject to manufacturer's inspection. If defect exists, manufacturer agrees to replace defective tire with a new comparable tire at no charge. Any Implied warranty, including merchantability or fitness is limited to the duration of this written warranty, two (2) years from invoice date of purchase (verified with original copy of invoice). If invoice is not available, then any implied warranty, including merchantability or fitness is limited to four (4) years from the date of manufacture ( manufacture date is found on the side of the tire).
