love my shoes! :-)

I needed a decent (not looking so casual) shoe that i had to stand in for a long time a couple days a week! these are it. i get so many compliments warning!!! people mean it when they said they run small. i usually ignore that, and i had to return my 8 1/2 to a get a 9. other than that - all is good.

Lovely Shoes - Awful Customer Service

I purchased these shoes last year and liked them so much I bought a new pair this year. I was sent two odd shoes. A replacement could not be sent until they received the odd ones, which in a heatwave would have left me shoeless. I was told I could buy another pair that would arrive sooner than if they waited to get the two odd shoes back and then sent another pair. I ordered a second pair. The return has finally been processed and I was refunded less than I paid.

Surprisingly Comfortable all day

I had to return the first pair as I ordered my usual size 8 and the ankle straps were too snug. Got a size 8 1/2, which is not much bigger in the length but the ankle straps fit better. I have worn the sandals three times, and each time receive many compliments on them. They are very cute and comfortable and go with everything.
