Excellent heat-resistant, multi-use pads

These pads are 7 inches (approx 18 cm) in diameter, and 1/4 inch (approx 6..3 mm) in thickness. They are very flexible, yet strong. The cellular patterns on the two faces minimize heat transfer, so neither the pads nor the surface they are on becomes hot; nor do they transfer much heat to the hands when used to hold a hot pot handle or bowl. They wash clean easily, and the water is quickly dislodged by slapping the pads against the side of the sink.
