Supportive but breathable

These are exactly what I need for summer! I have difficulty with regulating my body temperature, so wearing thick compression socks in the summer is a challenge. These socks are a great balance of support and breathability so I can be cooler but still have the compression I need.

Sheer but sturdy; no fuzziness

The sheer Allegro compression stockings are the absolute best compression gear I've found for warm weather, and the toeless style is great for those who have extra-long feet or cranky toes. I had a pair of the Allegro 20-30mmHg open-toe knee-highs in size small which made it through literally hundreds of wearings (and over 12 years) before they finally got a run in them; I can't say yet whether these stand up to the same amount of use, but I'm hoping they will. The medium size knee-highs are longer in the foot than the older small ones are, which is great for me; I wish there were a sizing mechanism for length as well as diameter, but apparently there isn't. I strongly recommend trying these out.
