Bulb can't be Replaced

The item description on the site did not include the information that the light bulb can not be replaced. This information appears on the instruction sheet that accompanies the lamp. Also, the base on this particular lamp that I received is not level so it leans slightly to the side. Only slightly, but still....... However it is very pretty.
