Do a quick spot test first — if the spray doesn't cause discoloration, you're good to go. Wipe up any visible mess, then spray generously on and around the problem area. Leave for 5 minutes so the active ingredients can work. For set-in or old stains, reapply and scrub lightly. Wipe clean and allow to air dry. Act fast on hardwood — urine can penetrate and damage wood if left to sit. CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Do not spray on pets.

Nice fragrance, no damage to the floor
Nice fragrance and gentle to the floor. Thankfully, my dog is potty trained and accidents happen only very rarely, so I cannot really comment on the effectiveness for keeping dogs from peeing on the same spot again. However, the smell is quite intense so I would expect it to work.

Excellent!
I was so surprised at how well it removes scent if pee from wood/vinyl flooring! I even used it in carpet, and it removes stain and smell so well. I have 3 dogs; and I've tried DIY solutions and store bought solution. None that works as well as this! I love it. Only issue is it does go fast for the price. Scent is very fresh and citrusy.
