Marvel Legends Infinite Series Fearless Defenders Valkyrie Action Figure Hasbro

Hasbro produces yet another representation of a Marvel Legend, Valkyrie! She comes with her sword Dragonfang in her classic outfit. Articulation is what you'd expect from Marvel Legends figure (fairly substantial). There is usually some limitation in the range of motion so certain more extreme poses are quite possible, but she makes a great addition to my collection of super heroines, or great companion to Thor. The proportions of her physique are pleasant and closely approximate the character in my opinion. The only real gripe I have about the figure is the way the hair is attached to the head. It doesn't look quite right. The intention was to show the way the back of Valkyrie's hair would bunch up due to her hair being braided (which would be a nice touch if it weren't for the fact that the bunched hair isn't quite close enough to her head). Not too noticeable from the front. She comes with a rather large right arm for the Hulkbuster Iron-Man figure, which can be assembled if you acquire every character from this wave of Marvel Legends. I just love the BAF concept; it is so superior to the typical oversized accessory that used to accompany figures but had no real value for the adult collector because the spring-shooting weapons had little to no power, or the bulk of it was out-of-scale to the included figure. I sure hope they don't stop the BAF concept. I love it!
