I can't swallow pills, so all meds I take must be liquid, chewable, or able to crush & put in pudding or yogurt. I don't need a multiple vitamin, just Vitamin D. Many of the vitamins I see at stores are WAAAY too strong. These tablets are chewable, the right dosage for me (10090 iu), and even TASTE GOOD! I also am very impressed that PharmaPack delivers them to my home without charging shipping & handling or requiring that I spend at least $100. GOOD FOR YOU, PHARMAPACK!!!
