Icy Hot medicated patches
These patches, since no prescription is required, offer relief. I have fibromyalgia and often have serious pain. Since finding these patches I have not asked the dr for a new RX for the ones I used before AND also most insurances will not cover pain patches. I am relieved to have found these

The anesthetic works on achy, tight muscles. Not 5-star because it doesn't stick smoothly; it rumples up. However, I stronglyrecommend it for pain relief.
