I occasionally had very bad Eczema flare ups.Nothing I tried worked,not even cortisone creams.I saw this and decided to buy it to see if it would help,or not.To my surprise it actually worked.Now I had a huge patch that was itchy and just gross,but I did apply this every 3 hours daily,and it slowly took away the huge itchy patch.It didn't dry out my skin at all.It moisturized the area as it eventually went away. I highly recommend it. It is worth buying.
