Terrible experience

I am incredibly dissatisfied with this order! I believed I was ordering 2 PACKS of Hanes t-shirts (undershirts) and instead was sent 2 individual shirts. A week to get 2 undershirts for $27?!?! Polo Ralph Lauren from Dillard's would've been less expensive.
