Teng Tools 1/4 Inch Drive Coupler Adaptor For 1/4 Inch Drive Hex Bits - M140060-C

My wrench set didn't have a coupler for 1/4 inch hex drive bits. I fixed that by getting this piece from Teng Tools. I've heard the brand is Swedish and makes most of its parts in Taiwan, while the logo is a Japanese creature that kind of sounds Chinese to the inexperienced. I believe the brand is much more common in Europe. (Strangely, I couldn't find on the packaging where this tool was made.) Confusing! Anyway, it seems like a good part that uses a friction spring to retain all sorts of hex bits, so no need to worry about magnets or clips designed to grab grooves not working or lining up wrong. The "satin" or "rough chrome" finish is interesting and supposedly helps with grip when oily. A bit expensive to get it on its own but I'm glad I could.
