order was returned for absolutely no reason. I needed the item for a fishing tournament. The tournament has come and gone. I loat alot of fishing tackle by snagging rocks that this item would have skipped over. No one tried to reach me and tell me until i got the message on my account. Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper. Your customer service is absolutely horrible. im probably not going to order much from you guys anymore!
