Great Leaf Vac/Blower/Mulcher

I bought this recently to help with the raking of leaves in my yard. I'm a senior citizen and getting tired of raking. I usually vacuum the leaves up into the bag, or sometimes I rake into a pile and then vacuum them into the bag. I like the different speeds, and the fact that the bag is hooked to one of the vacuum tubes. Much better than having a bag strap over your shoulder. I have not used the mulcher attachment yet. Now, if it could be made a little lighter in weight, it would be perfect.

Better than my last blower vac

So far really good. Had a Toro blower/vac for 8 - 9 years and though it is still working, it seems to be losing some of it's power. So I looked at other reviews and purchased the SunJoe. Have used a few times and find it to be more powerful than the Toro was when it was new. Also the switch over between blower and vacuum is easier. The bag works much better than the over the shoulder Toro though it could be a little larger. I would actually rate the SunJoe 4 3/4 stars for that reason. If it lasts as well as the Toro did, I will be one happy customer.

Much more ;power than I expected.

I have blown through about five 2-cycle blower/vacs. Ethanol and 2-cycle engines do not play well. I hesitated to tie myself to an electrical cord but I was tired of replacing gas vacs. This vac picks up and mulches better (without clogs) than any gas vac I have owned. So far, so good. I'm getting used to the cord. Spring-loaded reels help.
