We take this because of a lack of sun we get

I am my spouse take one of these Vitamins D 5,000 IU capsules each morning with our immune support capsule to help keep our immune system up to par during cold and flu season and not getting enough sun during the winter. We take these with breakfast since vitamin absorbs better with fatty meals.

Vitamin D the wonder supplement

My daughter was diagnosed with very low vitamin D. I searched the internet for natural supplements with no additives that were mostly plant based. I came across Naturelo. She started taking it and has had great success. However, she was told to take 2 co-factors to make the supplement work the best. One was Magnesium, which we get from Naturelo and the other was Vitamin K. We needed to go to a different supplier for that supplement, I would love for them to supply it also. I have since changed all of our supplements to Naturelo.

I prefer a plant based vitamin D vs. 'animal' product.

I was advised by my M.D. to supplement with 5000 i.u. vitamin D daily, as my bloodwork reflected a low vitamin D level. I probably don't get alot of sunlight, nor do I consume alot of dairy, so this supplement will fill in my vitamin D gap. I use other Naturelo products, so I feel confident in the quality.
