Really works

Denise is great in this video, the yoga looks like it will be easy but once you learn to control your muscles you start to sweat alittle, very surprising for yoga. The pilates are super, they allow you to work into a great ab workout and the arm workout is easy and seems to start working immediately. Enjoyable!
