Port Authority Men's 107 Class 3 Safety M Safety Yellow/Black/Reflective

I really needed a jacket that had pockets on the outside near the top which would be good for my cell phone. But I compromised with this one because it has a padded hood on it. That's full size. Not one of the little short small ones like some kids sticking their head in it. I think it was a goodbye and I would buy it again and suggest it to others. Also, it has a double zipper which is something they didn't mention but I appreciate having. It makes it easier when you're sitting down. You don't have to completely unzip the coat to keep from tearing the zipper. The sizes are the correct sizes according to the guide that they have in the purchasing list. Once again good buy.
