Optimate 2 battery conditioner review

I have 2 of these battery conditioners for my Can Am motorcycles. Use them to keep the batteries charged over the winter while in storage. So far they have worked well at maintaining the batteries at peak charge. As this is the first winter with my trikes, I'll see the actual results in the spring. The setup is simple. The connector wire is hooked up permanently to the battery posts and tucks in under the hood when not plugged in to the charger cable. There is plenty of power cable and connector extension included with the charger, which is very handy. All in all, quite satisfied.

Turns on and off every half hour.Saves energy. If you want to skip the 12 hour battery voltage retention test just discharge the battery to below 12.4 volts and the maintenance cycle will resume until the charger is unplug ged.
