I have tried other iodine liquids and this is by far the best yet. I was surprised that it actually tastes decent and more importantly, it's very effective. I immediately noticed my energy levels increasing throughout the day and my hair isn't falling out in handfuls like it used to. It's crazy because if I miss a day, I feel a bit sluggish and tired.
