Great if you have too many HDMI devices

I have too many HDMI devices and not enough HDMI ports on my TV. So this switch is the answer. I want to use my TV with my cable box, Wii, Xbox, and a PC. The TV has three ports, so I was forever swapping cables in and out of the ports. Obviously, the ports aren't meant for that kind of repetitive use and will eventually loosen or break. So now, one of the ports is plugged into the switch and my cable box and Xbox are hanging off the switch. It's easy to just hit the button and go from one to the other. There is a momentary green screen when the HDMI needs to synch, but it only lasts a second. It's a small inconvenience for not having to fiddle behind the TV with all those cables! It only took seconds to put together and the back of the box has pictures is you're unsure how it goes together.

This thing is so incredibly veratile and useful!

This device is really cool. It supports HDMI 1.4 and is backwards compatible to 1.0. You can take, your Xbox One playing Halo 5 and then have it output to two TVs! It is compatible with 4k and all that neat technology they have now, including 3D. I tried it with my two Xbox systems, 360 and One to my TV and then I tried it with my laptop to two TVs. It worked seamlessly with every selection. The product upon inspection looked to be sturdy. The case is made of a heavy metal. It is very well constructed and of quality materials. It didn't get hot with the continuous usage, but it does state that you should make sure that it has 1 inch clearance around the device to keep from overheating. This product states on the back that it is Made in China. My only concern is probably the button itself. It's of a flimsier kind of plastic and works on spring and I don't think it would be a product that would last for decades. With the price, I don't think that it would be too much of an issue. Just make sure that all the cables are inserted properly and all the way in on both ends of each cable. My summary, I think this is a good product and absolutely worth the price tag. Incredibly useful product!
