TRY THIS! Better than corndogs at the fair

This corn dog maker is cool! No deep frying. Works like a waffle iron: dip your dog in batter and put it on the heated hot dog maker. It does have a bit of a learning curve; finding the right amount of batter on your dog so it doesn't overflow and, how long to cook it. This is worth it. I imagine this would be great for a party, kids and adults. Grab some skewers!

tricky

this machine is tricky to get well formed shapes. it's smaller size fits backstage sausage links perfectly but is way too small for standard corn dogs. the slot for the corn dog stick is also small. my corn dog sticks (for standard dogs) are too wide. shish kabob sticks the thin bamboo ones are a perfect fit. for cooking with it the barter has to be thick and have good floof or it won't cook on the top very well. i use this to make walls wrapped sausages and cheese filled rolls. mostly i use this machine as a waffle iron as they're so much easier to eat as sticks.
