Warranty information
Please make sure to contact us BEFORE returning an item. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. In the event we sent you an item that was clearly our error (for example, you ordered a blade and we sent a motor), we will pay for all shipping costs associated with the shipment to your location and back to our warehouse and there will be no restock fees. Please note that we are unable to issue a credit for any shipping costs associated with the delivery and/or the return of items other than if our error as outlined. We are unable to accept unauthorized returns.

To confirm warranty terms on an item offered for sale by a third party Marketplace seller, please use the 'Contact seller' feature on the third party Marketplace seller's information page and request the item's warranty terms prior to purchase.
