Great durable tire

My Burgman 650 came with Bridgestone tire but found they wore fast. Someone suggested I go with Michelin Pilot 4 and he was right. Cost was a little more but well worth it. Grips the road very well even in wet weather. Have just ordered a new rear tire and waiting the arrival at the dealer.

Cupping only major issue

I have had Pilot Road 4 tires for 38,000 miles (5 sets) and I wish I could give it a higher mark because I love the tire in the rain; however, I've spent a lot of money making sure my front end is the way it needs to be and I've had 3 different shops check out the bike and still, cupping begins as early as 1000 miles. Most of the cupping has taken place on the front tire and becomes unrideable well before the tread actually wears out. I have a 9K trip coming up and reluctantly, I'm switching to another brand.
