Exactly as pictured. It's strong plastic.Soft case inside,hard case outside and it fits my phone perfectly. I don't think I will use the clip on but that's just me.I think I would find it a bit bulky and I would be always worried it will fall off but you can use it over the face of the phone to protect the glass or the back to protect the camera.
