Pompeii 1/4ct Diamond Ring Stackable Engagement Womens Wedding Band 14K Rose Gold

I'm taking the time to write this review because I cant believe the lack of customer service from this company. Previous to this order I have ordered (3) other times and never had any issues. In March 2021 I ordered (2) of these rings. When I received my order I noticed they had sent the wrong item. I contacted their customer service and they confirmed the wrong items had been sent. They sent me a return slip but wanted me to pay shipping to send the item back ... WTH! I contacted them and said there was no way I was paying for shipping to send the item back when it had been their error. I understand if I had not liked the item - I would pay no big deal but not when the item sent was incorrect at no fault of mine. They eventually gave in and sent me a shipping label at their expense. Then I waited patiently for my replacement item - and nothing. I had to contact them to follow up because it had been a while, when they responded they stated there had been an error with their system internally and that I had been refunded instead and needed to replace my order. Annoying but I did as they asked. Then I waited another 5-6 weeks and had to follow up on my second (replacement) order. No answer to my three emails. Finally my items arrived. They were correct this time. However, one of the rings has a significant chip in the metal. I could not believe it! I contacted them once again and they sent me a link to start the replacement process but once again they want me to pay shipping... why would I pay shipping for an item that they sent damaged. That's absurd. Regardless beware the quality has truly taken a dip and customer service is non-existent.
